Corporate Gift Boxes
Corporate gift boxes reach a client's desk before the gift does, so they reflect on your company first. Most sets run three to six pieces, held in a tray laid out around the actual items so nothing shifts. Dual branding is normal: your logo outside, the recipient company's inside. Repeat orders need no new proof, with only the year or seasonal message updated annually.

Corporate Gift Boxes Packed by an Office, Not a Warehouse
Most corporate gift kits aren't packed on a production line. They're packed in a meeting room by an assistant, a marketing team or an events coordinator, often a few hundred at a time, with the items arriving from different suppliers on different days. The box has to make that job obvious. When every item has a place that only it fits, anyone can pack the kit correctly and the two-hundredth box looks like the first. When it doesn't, kits go out with pieces swapped, missing or rattling loose. Companies buy these for client gifting, staff recognition and onboarding, and the person ordering is usually the one who will pack them, or who manages the people who will.
Corporate Gift Box Specs: Case Board, Cavities and Fit
Rigid sets are built as a wrapped grayboard case holding a cut tray; folding sets use a lighter carton with the same tray approach.
| Spec | Rigid set | Folding set |
|---|---|---|
| Board | 2–3mm grayboard, wrapped | 18–24pt folding board |
| Tray | One cavity per item | One cavity per item |
| Cavity size | Cut to each item's measurements | Cut to each item's measurements |
| Tolerance | ±0.5–1mm | ±0.5–1mm |
| Branding | Exterior, interior or both | Exterior, interior or both |
Send the exact dimensions of every item, including any packaging it already has, and we confirm cavity sizes in writing before the tray is cut.
Why the Tray Layout Decides a Corporate Kit
The outer box can be almost any style. What makes a corporate kit work is a multi-cavity kit tray laid out around the actual items, and the layout sets the box size, not the other way round. Arrange the pieces in the order you want them seen. The heaviest goes low or central so the box balances when it is lifted, the main item sits where the eye lands as the lid opens, and small items are grouped so they don't look scattered. Getting this wrong costs more than it seems. Artwork can change from one year to the next at little cost, but a tray cut around a specific bottle or notebook no longer fits once that item changes size.
Branding a Corporate Box Without Turning It Into an Ad
A box that looks like a gift gets kept. One that looks like promotional mail goes in the recycling, logo and all. Available on this product: a foil or embossed logo on the lid, interior print on the underside of the lid, and a printed message card seated in the tray. One logo, placed small, reads as confidence. Repeating it across every face reads as marketing. Put anything that changes, such as the year, the event name or a personal note, on the card or the inside of the lid, so the exterior can stay the same across several orders. Soft-touch and spot UV are available, but on a box going to a few hundred people the budget usually does more in the tray than on the surface.
Corporate Gift Boxes for Client Thank-Yous, New Hires and Year-End Sets
Year-end client gifting is the classic use: a set sent to key accounts, often food, drink and a branded keepsake. Onboarding kits for new staff are the other steady order, with a notebook, a bottle and company merchandise packed in the same layout every time someone joins. Conference organizers use smaller sets for speakers and sponsors. Sales teams use them for milestone awards, and agencies order them on behalf of clients for product launches. Where the recipient is senior or the relationship is valuable, these sit firmly within executive-tier gift presentation, and the rigid build is the usual choice. Internal kits for large teams more often go folding, where the tray matters just as much but the case costs less.
Scheduling a Corporate Run Around a Headcount and 20 Business Days
Two numbers drive a corporate order: the headcount and the hand-off date. Rigid sets take 20 business days from proof approval, and folding sets 8–12, so set the proof date first and work forward. Add a margin above the headcount for late additions and replacement kits. If the date is already tight, rush is available at a cost stated upfront. The minimum is 100 boxes, and orders above 10,000 come with free samples, which helps when a manager has to approve a physical kit before the full run. Every box goes through a three-stage check, and if bulk doesn't match the approved proof, we reprint at our cost. Dies, plates, setup and shipping are in the quote, so the kit budget holds.

What brands say about this box
They live there rather than here, where we can't edit them, delete them, or pick which ones you get to see. That is exactly what makes them worth reading.

How many items can a corporate gift box hold?
Whatever you need, with a tray laying out cavities around your actual items. Most corporate sets run three to six pieces. Send us the products and we'll design the layout so nothing shifts between desks.
Can corporate boxes carry a client's branding?
Yes, and dual branding is normal — your logo alongside the recipient company's. We'd usually put one on the exterior and one inside, so neither competes with the other.
Are corporate gift boxes worth the cost?
For client and staff gifting where the relationship matters, generally yes — the packaging is the first thing seen and it reflects on you before the gift does. The tray layout matters more than the finish.
What's the lead time on corporate gift boxes?
Rigid sets take 20 business days from proof approval; folding builds run 8–12. For large corporate runs we'd recommend confirming the schedule early. Rush is available at a quoted cost.
Can corporate boxes be reordered each year?
Yes, and with your spec and artwork on file, repeat runs need no new proof unless something changes. Many clients keep the structure and update only the year or message on the printed panel.
