We prohibit any kind of copyright. It is not allowed to copy any content of Packaging Hippo. 

Copyrights and Trademarkers

You are responsible for using content in any other images, text, graphics, or material. You cannot copyright any trademark, image, design, or content from another person. It is against our authorization or the owner's right. To confirm your order, it is necessary to give all permissions on your own behalf to Packaging Hippo. 

Customer Content 

Packaging Hippo does not guarantee the customer's content. You can get quality material or error-free packaging from our website. We do not accept any content or offensive objective for any content. 

You will be responsible for your account safety and any activity on your account. We have the right to suspend any account that does not follow our terms and conditions. 

Design Files

You can design different files. For different files, you can contact us for an instant quote. We provide customer support, and we accept your request and provide you with the design files. 

Customer Submitted Artwork 

We are providing artwork for CMYK printing. If the customer asks us to shift colors, the resulting packaging Hippo is not responsible for this. 

Proofing & Matching 

We place orders after customer confirmation. Once your sheet is ready and sent to your email customer will be responsible for their specifications, designs, or details. 

Material

We use quality material. Cardstock or standard paper material is not a biodegradable material. If you need eco-friendly packaging or food-grade requirements, you have to inform Packaging Hippo in advance. 

Customer is Responsible for the Final Proof

We confirm all packaging details before placing the order. After manufacturing, customers will be responsible in case of any mistake on Grammar, spelling, or font usage. 

Order cancel

You can cancel your order before manufacturing. Once your order production starts, you are responsible for this. Packaging Hippo will not guarantee to cancel your orders. 

Returns and Refunds 

Once sales are finalized, the error is identified from our end. We will reprint the order without any refunds or credits. 

RE-PRINTS

The defect in printing will be cleared within 3 business days. If you want to return the order, the return authorization is for you. You can return your order within 10 days. 

Shipping and delivery time

Our shipping and delivery time all over the United States is 8-10 business days. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep without any shipment charges 

Holidays

Packaging Hippo specially focus on holidays on USA. You can make boxes for different occasions like New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, or other events. 

Damaged and Lost Packages

In case you receive a damaged parcel, you can report it within 3 business days.
