Blank Mailer Boxes

Blank mailer boxes come unprinted, for brands applying their own labels, stickers or stamps, or running several product names from one box size. Without a proof stage, reorders are quicker and branding can change without scrapping stock. Inserts still fit, since they're structural rather than printed. Per-unit price drops as volume rises, and your dimensions stay on file.

Blank Mailer Boxes for Brands Still Settling Their Look

Not every brand is ready to commit artwork to a print run. A new product may still be in testing, a logo may be about to change, or a range may be selling under several names while the business finds its footing. Blank mailers let you use a proper tuck-front box from the first order without locking in a design. Buyers include start-ups, market and craft sellers, resellers, makers who hand-stamp or label each box, and established brands that keep a plain stock for one-off and overflow orders. The box is the same structure as a printed mailer, so moving to print later doesn't change how your team folds and packs.

Stock, Size and Insert Options With No Print

Blank mailers are commonly made on unprinted kraft board, though every mailer stock is available plain.

Spec Blank mailer
Stock Kraft, coated cardboard or corrugated
Print None
Construction One-piece tuck-front, self-locking
Sizing Cut to your product's dimensions
Inserts Available, die-cut to the product
Measurements Internal vs external confirmed in writing

Choose the stock for how the plain box looks and what it carries. Brown kraft reads natural and hides handling marks, coated white looks clean and takes a label neatly, and corrugated adds strength for heavier contents. Kraft is the usual pick when each box will be stamped or labeled by hand.

Why Leave the Box Plain and Brand It Later

A printed box is a commitment. Once the artwork is on several thousand boxes, a logo change, a new product name or a rebrand leaves you with stock that no longer fits. A plain mailer avoids that and puts the branding on something cheap and changeable: a sticker, a stamp, a printed band or a label. The trade-off is labor and finish. Someone has to apply the branding by hand, and a sticker never looks quite as resolved as print. Once the look settles and volumes grow, most brands move to print, and the printed mailers or our printed shipping box range are the next step. Your dimensions carry over, so nothing about the box has to be measured twice.

What You Add Yourself to a Plain Mailer

There's no print or finish on a blank mailer, so the decoration is yours to add. Stickers and round seals are the quickest: one across the front flap brands the box and marks it as unopened. Rubber stamps suit kraft especially well and give a handmade look. Printed labels can carry the product name, so one box size serves several products. Paper bands add color without committing it to the box. Tissue and cards inside do the presentation work a printed interior would otherwise do. If you later want print on the same box, the structure and size stay as they are, and only an artwork and proof stage is added to the order.

Blank Mailers for Food Makers, Resellers and Multi-Brand Stock

small food makers who label by hand use blank mailers for gift boxes of preserves, sauces and baked treats, adding a printed label for each flavor. Resellers and marketplace sellers use them because the products inside change every week. Companies running several brands from one stockroom keep a single size of plain stock and brand it at the packing stage. Craft and market sellers pair them with a rubber stamp. Start-ups use them for the first few hundred orders while the brand is being finalized. Corporate gift teams use them when each recipient gets a different label or card. Event organizers use plain boxes for attendee kits, adding the event sticker the week before.

Reordering Plain Stock in Volume

Blank mailers suit a standing reorder. With no artwork to approve, an order needs only confirmed dimensions and a quantity. The minimum is 100 boxes, so you can test a size with a few hundred and scale up once it's proven, and orders above 10,000 come with free samples. Production runs about 8–12 business days, and rush is available at extra cost if stock runs short, quoted before you commit. Plain boxes go through the same three-stage check as printed ones, so a poor score or a mis-cut flap is caught before dispatch. Shipping is included, and the quote has no setup or die charges added afterward.

What brands say about this box

Answers before you have to ask.

Why would I buy boxes with no printing?

Plenty of brands do. If you're applying your own labels, stickers or stamps, an unprinted box is cheaper and gives you flexibility to change branding without reordering stock. It also suits businesses shipping mixed products under different names from one box size.

Can I still get inserts with a blank box?

Yes. Inserts are a structural addition rather than a printed one, so you can have die-cut cavities inside an unprinted box. That's a common setup for brands who want the product held securely but apply their own outer branding.

How quickly can I reorder blank stock?

Faster than a printed run, since there's no proof stage to clear. Once we have your dimensions on file, a blank reorder is straightforward. Most orders are ready in about 8–12 business days, and rush is available if you need it sooner.

How fast can blank mailers ship?

Blanks usually run in about 8–12 business days, and often move quicker since there's no artwork to proof. Rush is available at an added cost. Shipping is included on every order you place.

Can blank boxes be ordered in bulk?

Yes, and bulk is where blanks make most sense — no proof stage, no artwork revisions, and the per-unit price drops as volume rises. If you reorder the same size regularly, we keep the dimensions on file so repeat orders are quick.
