White Mailer Boxes
White mailer boxes give the tuck-front style a coated surface that holds ink on top rather than absorbing it, so full-color artwork stays saturated and fine detail stays crisp. Matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination are all available, proofed after the film because lamination shifts color slightly. Bright white shows edge marks sooner than kraft, so anti-scuff film is worth considering.

White Mailer Boxes When the Artwork Carries the Brand
Some brands are built on illustration, photography or a precise palette, and the box has to reproduce that work rather than reinterpret it. The white mailer is the one for that job. Nothing in the base color competes with the artwork, so a full-bleed pattern, a product photo or a run of brand colors reads the way the designer intended. It's the usual choice for beauty and skincare, streetwear and print-led apparel, PR and influencer kits, children's brands and anyone whose packaging gets photographed. The structure is the standard tuck-front mailer. What you're paying for is a surface that gives the artwork its best chance, inside and out.
Coated White Mailer Board and Finish Options
The base is clay-coated board with a bright face, chosen for print quality first and appearance unprinted second.
| Spec | White mailer |
|---|---|
| Stock | Coated white cardboard |
| Construction | One-piece tuck-front, self-locking |
| Full color, inside and out | |
| Lamination | Matte, gloss or soft-touch |
| Protection | Anti-scuff film, optional |
| Sizing | Cut to your product's dimensions |
If the box will be handled a lot before it's opened, add the anti-scuff film at the spec stage rather than after the first batch comes back marked. It's a small line in the quote and far cheaper than a reprint.
Why Choose White Over Kraft or a Dark Stock
Every mailer color asks the artwork to compromise somewhere. Kraft mutes and warms everything printed on it unless you pay for an underprint. Black hides standard ink entirely and pushes you toward foil or white ink. White asks for nothing extra: the colors in your approved file are the colors on the box, and fine type and thin rules stay legible. That matters most for makeup brands printing shade swatches, where a color that drifts on the box misdescribes the product inside it. The cost of white is that it shows wear more readily than brown or black. If your artwork is one simple mark, kraft may serve you for less. If it's detailed or color-critical, white is the stock that keeps it intact.
Full-Bleed Color, Laminates and the Printed Inside
Coated white board takes the full range. Full-color artwork runs edge to edge, solid brand-color floods hold evenly, and photographic images keep their detail. Matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination sit over the print and change both the feel and the way the color reads. Foil accents work on white for a logo or a single line of type. The interior is the area brands most often underuse: a pattern, a thank-you note or care instructions under the lid cost little and are seen by everyone who opens the box. If the box will be passed around a studio or stockroom before it reaches the customer, the optional anti-scuff film keeps a bright surface looking new.
White Mailers for PR Kits, Beauty Sets and Clothing Drops
PR and influencer kits are the most common order: a bright box with the campaign artwork printed edge to edge, opened on camera. Skincare and makeup brands use white for gift sets and launch bundles where the colors on the box need to match the product. streetwear and printed-tee labels use it for limited drops, printing the drop's graphic across the lid so the box becomes part of the release. Children's brands and party suppliers lean on its bright full color. Confectioners selling illustrated gift boxes choose it when the drawing is the brand. Event and corporate gift programs use white because a logo and a short message print cleanly at any size.
From Dieline to Delivered White Mailers
The order runs in four steps. First, you send product dimensions and artwork, or just the dimensions if you'd like our team to design it, which is free and unlimited. Second, we build the dieline and confirm internal versus external measurements in writing. Third, you approve the proof. Fourth, production takes 8–12 business days, with a rush option at extra cost, priced before you agree to it. Every box passes a three-stage check along the way, and if the bulk run doesn't match what you approved, we reprint it at our cost. The minimum is 100 boxes, shipping is included, and the quote already covers dies, plates and setup.

What brands say about this box
They live there rather than here, where we can't edit them, delete them, or pick which ones you get to see. That is exactly what makes them worth reading.
Read all reviews on Trustpilot(opens in a new tab)Answers before you have to ask.
Does white stock show marks in transit?
It can. A bright coated surface shows scuffs more readily than kraft or a dark stock, particularly on the edges after a courier has handled it. If the box ships unprotected, ask us about an anti-scuff film — it adds a little cost and keeps the finish looking new on arrival.
Can I print on the inside as well as the outside?
Yes, and it's often the better investment. The unboxing photo is taken with the flap open, so a printed interior earns more attention than decorating an exterior that arrives creased anyway. Interior print, custom tissue and a branded seal all work on this style.
Is white stock good for full-color artwork?
It's the best of the three for that. A coated white surface holds ink on top rather than absorbing it, so colors stay saturated and detail stays crisp. If accurate, vivid artwork matters to your brand, white coated stock is the honest recommendation.
How quickly can white mailers be produced?
About 8–12 business days from the moment you approve the proof. We run a rush option at an extra cost, quoted before you decide. Shipping is part of the price rather than added at checkout.
Can white mailers have a matte or gloss finish?
Both, plus soft-touch if you want a tactile finish. Matte reads understated and modern, gloss makes colors pop, and soft-touch adds a velvety feel. Bear in mind lamination shifts color slightly, so we proof after the film rather than before.
