Custom Mailer Boxes with Inserts
Pink mailer boxes signal the category before anyone reads a word, which is why confectionery, florals, children's and seasonal brands use them as well as beauty. On coated white board pink prints bright and true to Pantone; on kraft it turns muted and earthier. We proof your shade on the actual stock, and the interior can carry the pink through or deliberately contrast it.

Pink Mailer Boxes for Brands That Own a Shade
For some brands, pink isn't a seasonal choice; it is the brand. A specific shade appears on the website, the product and the shop sign, and the box has to match it every time. The pink mailer is built around that requirement. The question here is rarely whether to use pink but which pink, on which board, and how to keep it the same from one order to the next. Buyers include beauty and lash brands, sweet shops, florists, baby and children's labels, and brands running a pink seasonal or charity edition alongside their usual box. The structure is the same tuck-front mailer; nearly all the work goes into the color.
Pink on Coated Board or on Kraft: The Spec Choices
Most pink mailers are printed on white-faced board under the pink, which gives the brightest, most controllable result.
| Spec | Pink mailer |
|---|---|
| Coated base | Pink prints bright and close to Pantone |
| Kraft base | Pink reads warmer and muted |
| Construction | One-piece tuck-front, self-locking |
| Color reference | Pantone, proofed on your chosen stock |
| Lamination | Matte, gloss or soft-touch |
| Interior | Pink, a contrasting color or printed |
| Sizing | Cut to your product's dimensions |
Settle the base before you settle the shade. A pink chosen on screen and then moved from coated board to kraft becomes a different color, and changing it after approval means a new proof.
Why a Pink Box Earns Its Place Over a Neutral One
There are two ways to bring pink into a mailer: color the whole box, or print a pink logo on white. The second is cheaper to get right and easier to keep consistent. The first does more work. A fully pink box is recognized from across a room or a feed before anyone reads the logo, and it turns the packaging into part of the brand rather than a container for it. That makes sense where the shade already belongs to the brand, as it does for many lip and cheek color brands, whose box and product share one color story. The risk is a pink that's slightly off, which looks worse than none. If you can't hold one shade across reorders, start with the logo on white.
Holding One Pink Across Print, Film and Foil
Three things move a pink between your file and the finished box. The stock sets the starting point: coated board keeps it clean, kraft warms it. Lamination shifts it slightly, so choose gloss, matte or soft-touch before the color is signed off, not after. Foil can carry the logo in place of a second ink, which keeps one pink on the box instead of two competing ones. The interior can repeat the shade, change to a contrasting color or carry a short printed message under the lid. Give us a Pantone number rather than a hex code lifted from your website; that number is the reference held on file, and it's what keeps a reorder in the same pink.
Pink Mailers From Beauty Counters to Sweet Shops
Lash, nail and makeup brands use pink mailers for retail orders and subscriber kits. fudge and pick-and-mix sellers use pink for gift boxes and seasonal assortments, often with an insert to keep flavors apart. Florists pack dried bouquets and posy kits in larger sizes. Baby and children's labels use them for clothing sets and new-baby gifts. Charity and awareness campaigns run a pink edition for a month without touching the brand's normal box. Bridal and party suppliers use them for favor kits and bridesmaid gifts. Each of these buyers chooses the color because their customer already links it with the occasion or the product, so the box starts the conversation.
Short Seasonal Runs and Longer Pink Programs
Pink orders tend to come in two shapes. A seasonal or campaign run needs a few hundred boxes for a few weeks, and the 100-box minimum makes that possible without a stockroom of leftovers. A brand-color program runs larger and repeats, and orders above 10,000 boxes come with free samples. Either way, design help is free and unlimited, and the proof is where the shade is agreed in writing rather than by memory. Production takes 8–12 business days after approval; rush is available at extra cost, quoted upfront. Shipping is included, the quote carries dies and plates, and the three-stage check looks at color as well as structure on every run.

What brands say about this box
They live there rather than here, where we can't edit them, delete them, or pick which ones you get to see. That is exactly what makes them worth reading.

Can you match a specific shade of pink?
We can get very close. Send us a Pantone reference and we'll proof it on the actual stock before the run, since pinks shift noticeably between coated and uncoated board. What you approve on that proof is what prints — we don't work from a screen color alone.
Is pink available on kraft as well as coated board?
It is, but they look quite different. On coated white board pink prints bright and true to a Pantone. On kraft the brown base warms it, so it reads muted and earthier. Both work — it depends whether you want the color vivid or softened.
Do pink mailers suit anything beyond beauty?
Plenty. It's common in beauty, but also in confectionery, florals, children's products and anything seasonal or gift-led. The color does the work of signaling the category before anyone reads a word, which is why brands outside beauty use it too.
What's the lead time on pink mailers?
Typically 8–12 business days from proof approval, with rush available at a premium we quote before you order. Shipping is included, and your minimum is 100 boxes rather than thousands.
Can pink mailers include a printed interior?
Absolutely. Interior print is where a lot of brands get the most return, since that's the surface customers photograph. You can carry the pink through, switch to a contrasting color, or print a message on the inside of the flap.
