Return & Refund Policy
At Packaging Hippo, we provide high-quality custom boxes and custom packaging made specifically for your needs. Since every order is customized, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
All Sales Are Final
All our products are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits unless there is a mistake from our side.
If we confirm an error in your order, we will reprint your packaging at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at different stages, but cancellation charges may apply depending on the production stage.
Stage 1 – Before Design Work Starts
You can cancel your order before design work begins.
A fee of $15 + 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover processing and initial setup costs.
Stage 2 – During Design Process
If your order is canceled during the design stage, at least 20% of the total amount will be charged.
Stage 3 – After Sending to Production
At this stage, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If cancellation is possible, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted.
Stage 4 – After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Note: Design service orders are non-refundable once placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Reprints (If There’s an Issue)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please inform us within 3 business days of delivery.
To process a replacement:
You must return 99% of the product
Return shipping will be your responsibility
The return must be made within 10 days of delivery
Prior approval from Packaging Hippo is required before sending any return
We cannot accept claims after the 3-day reporting period.
Damaged Packages During Delivery
Please check your package at the time of delivery.
If you notice damage or missing items:
Inform the delivery courier immediately
Contact Packaging Hippo within 3 business days
We are not responsible for claims reported after this time.
Non-Refundable Charges
Charges for rush printing or expedited shipping are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
Printing & Artwork Responsibility
Before printing, you must carefully review and approve your final design and order details.
Packaging Hippo is not responsible for errors such as:
Spelling or grammar mistakes
Incorrect design placement or fonts
Wrong cuts, folds, or sizes
Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer
We aim to match colors up to 90% accuracy of the approved design.
For exact color matching, you can request a physical proof (extra cost).
